Welcomes North Phoenix Visions of Hope to their new location.
North Phoenix Visions of Hope leased the 10,480 SF office building at 601 W Hatcher, Phoenix, AZ 85021 for 10 years with an option to purchase after the second year. The non-profit, behavioral health organization plans to move into their new facility in January, 2010.
Frank Nicholson, Designated Broker of Eagle First Realty and manager of the Franklin Commercial Group within the brokerage represented the Tenant, North Phoenix Visions of Hope in the transaction. The Landlord was represented by Elite Commercial.
