<p><strong>Janelle Kelly</strong> joins us as an Associate ADVISOR specializing in office leasing and sales. Janelle is a native of Arizona and has extensive knowledge of the growing Phoenix metropolitan area. Prior to her successful career as real estate professional, Janelle was a decorated educator and a specialist in curriculum and product training. Janelle&#8217;s real estate experience includes new home sales, residential re-sale, commercial sales and land acquisition. </p>
<p><strong>Tamara Riggs</strong> joins us as an Associate ADVISOR specializing in Retail leasing and sales. Tamara is a Phoenix resident of more than 18 years. Tamara has a degree in Land Use Planning from Northern Arizona University and has completed a variety of training courses from the <em>Institute of Real Estate Management, Urban Land Institute, </em>and <em>CCIM. </em>Tamara&#8217;s experience includes leasing and property management.</p>

<p>My Green Parachute.com, is offering regional Certified Offices an opportunity to be the exclusive office for their region to accept referrals, and offer an exit strategy and residual income program to real estate professionals leaving the industry. Each Certified Office has an exclusive area, and is the only office that can accept referrals from MyGreenParachute.com. You see, we used the format of a LFRO to structure our business entity for licensing and NAR purposes; but unlike most LFRO&#8217;s, whose main purpose is to drive referrals to their in-house brokerage,  our programs are designed to help brokerages recapture lost income from agents leaving the business, help active agents acquire more transactions, help inactive agents generate income from their existing data base, and allow brokers and agents that want to slow down to &#8220;Retire with Royalty.&#8221; In the next few weeks I will be trying to highlight some of the programs that really set My Green Parachute apart. Below is an outline of our Retire With Royalty program - this one is HUGE.</h2>
