Nelda Nicholson
Nelda Nicholson is business manager of Franklin Commercial Group.
Nelda was born and raised in San Antonio. She attended Thomas Jefferson High School and earned a business administration degree majoring in Accounting from the University of Texas at San Antonio. Nelda’s family still live in San Antonio, where her parents enjoy their retirement and her sister works as the business manager of KWEX Channel 41.
In 1994, Nelda married Frank Nicholson. They moved to Houston, Texas where they managed an interior landscaping business before being bit by the real estate bug. Nelda worked in residential real estate for nearly four years before turning her full attention to having a family. She had two sons and a daughter between 2000 and 2003. During this time, real estate opportunities arose in Phoenix, Arizona, and the family moved to a hotter and less humid part of the country.
In 2003, Nelda became the office manager for a growing telecommunications/low-voltage cabling company with approximately 110 employees in Gilbert, Arizona.
Recently, she joined the Franklin Commercial Group alongside her husband. Nelda said, “All my experiences – from raising a family to managing over 100 employees – have given me the tools to work effectively for my clients with a drive and a passion to get them the most from their investments. I am totally committed to providing 5-star customer service.”
Nelda enjoys vacationing on the beautiful beaches of Rocky Point, Mexico and trying her luck at the slots in Las Vegas and Laughlin, Nevada, and, of course, spending time with her family.
