North Phoenix Visions of Hope, a Phoenix based non-profit, behavioral health facility has moved into the 10,480 SF office building at 601 W Hatcher, Phoenix, AZ 85021 that it leased for 10 years with an option to purchase after the second year. Frank Nicholson, Designated Broker of Eagle First Realty and manager of the Franklin Commercial Group within the brokerage represented the Tenant in the transaction.
James Russo, the CEO of North Phoenix Visions of Hope had this to say, “North Phoenix Visions of Hope Center is a recovery-based Community Service Agency (CSA) however, our vision and goal is to be a center that not only provides the services written in the guidelines that define us as a CSA, but also to be an organization that puts the recovery of our members first, whatever recovery needs there may be. We are a service agency first and foremost. This new facility allows us to add valuable programs and expand the scope of services we are able to offer our members. Having Frank and his team assist us in finding this great facility, negotiate favorable terms on our behalf and guide us through the process has been great. I would recommend him to anyone that will be involved in a complicated real estate transaction and will use Frank to represent us if we have a need in the future.”
The Franklin Commercial Group at Eagle First Realty is proud to represent clients like North Phoenix Visions of Hope and wishes them well in their new location.
